いつも大変お世話になります。

さきほどあるお客様より、当店が出品する商品の出品価格が高すぎるので、アマゾンに違反報告をすると脅されました。

報告をされたくなければ、値下げをするよう要求されています。

確かに私より価格の低いセラーは数名いますが、当店は最高のサービスを追加費用無しに提供しています。

こうしたケースで値下げを断ってはいけないのでしょうか？

Recently a customer complained that our prices were too high and threatened to report a violation to Amazon.

We were told that if we wanted to avoid being reported we must lower our prices.

While it is true that some other sellers have lower prices than us, we provide excellent service at no additional cost.

Given this, is it acceptable for us to stand firm and not lower our prices?
