In the email the other day about the broken music box, it said you would make a refund of $39.59, but when I checked with the card company on November's invoice, 7543 yen more was withdrawn for "CARTER S-OKBG ON 800-842-4453" and there was no refund. After checking, I am requesting that you deal with the refund immediately.

I was told by email the other day, that you will refund $39.59 for the broken music box. However, as I have verified the November requisition form for my credit card, 7543 JPY was deducted by "CARTER S-OKBG ON 800-842-4453", and there was no refund. Please verify and send me a refund promptly. Thank you.

In the previous mail that you sent me the other day, you said you were going to refund $39.59 for the broken music box. However when I checked November invoice from credit card company, it stated that "CARTER S-OKBG ON 800-842-44533", 7,543JPY was additionally withdrawn, yet I found no refund made. Please urgently check it at your side and process refund.

In the previous e-mail, you told me that you would give me a refund of $35.59 for the broken music box. As I checked the November billing statement from the company of my credit card, however, I confirmed that an additional JPY7,543 was billed under CARTER S-OKBG ON 800-842-4453 while I found no refund. Please check once again and immediately arrange a refund.
