Concerning the product which you made an order, we have confirmed that we are legally not permitted to ship it to Canada because it contains a lithium battery. We're sorry for a response late, but we had to inquire every courier for this matter.
We're afraid but we would like to cancel the order.

Sorry for our late reply. It turned out that we cannot ship any products containing lithium batteries to Canada. We needed to confirm this issue with the shipping companies, and that's the reason for this delay on our reply.
