We would like to let you know that it has been found that the camp will take place next week (Apr/7) while, previously, we mistakenly informed that it would be this week and, therefore, this week's meeting would be called off.
Terribly sorry for the inconveniences caused by this mis-information.
Accordinly, if the said meeting is held tomorrow, is it still possible for you to make a presentation? We would like you to explore the possibility.

I have sent you wrong information before telling we have no meeting this week because of the camp.
