黒色の手袋を注文しましたが、届いた商品は濃紺でした。先月全く同じ商品を注文してますので違いは分かります。
交換して頂きたいのですが、速達の着払いでお送りしても良いでしょうか？安価な商品のため送料のほうが高くつくとは思いますが、送った方が宜しいのでしょうか？それとも写真をデータで送りましょうか？
先日、今日返金しますと連絡を頂いていましたが、5日経ってもまだ確認出来ません。いつになったら返金していただけるのでしょうか？本当に適当な会社なのですね。

I ordered black globes, but the ones I received were dark blue. I know the difference of the color because I ordered exactly the same globes last month.
I would like you to replace these globes. Can I return them by collect and expedited shipping? Since the price of these globes are low, the shipping fee would be more expensive. Taking into account this point, please let me know whether you would like me to return them to you. Or should I send the pictures by e-mail?
And the other day you said me that you were going to refund me on that day, but I cannot confirm the refund after 5 days have passed from then. When will you refund me? Your company is really half-baked.
