黒色の手袋を注文しましたが、届いた商品は濃紺でした。先月全く同じ商品を注文してますので違いは分かります。
交換して頂きたいのですが、速達の着払いでお送りしても良いでしょうか？安価な商品のため送料のほうが高くつくとは思いますが、送った方が宜しいのでしょうか？それとも写真をデータで送りましょうか？

先日、今日返金しますと連絡を頂いていましたが、5日経ってもまだ確認出来ません。いつになったら返金していただけるのでしょうか？本当に適当な会社なのですね。

What I ordered was a pair of black gloves but what I received was a dark navy pair. I know the difference since I ordered the same ones last month.

I request an exchange. Can I ship COD using an Express Mail? My guess is that the cost of shipping will be more than the cost of the gloves. Do you still want me to ship them back to you or should I just email you the photo?
