After reviewing the item arrived to me, I cannot agree with your explanation.
It is supposed to have been damaged before shipment, not during the transportation.
I request you to give me a partial refund.
If you refuse my request, unfortunately, I will file a claim to eBay.

I don’t think the item got this damage during shipment; probably it had the damage already before shipment.
