A has just arrived; however, unfortunately, one of the legs had been broken. Please refer to the photo I'm sending to your PayPal address. I surely cannot accept the item in such a condition; therefore, I'm sending it back to you. I expect you to refund me in full upon receiving the item. Do you agree? I would like the cost of shipping the item back to you to be covered by you. I'll let you know how much that is when I'm ready. I will report the status to my customer tomorrow. If the customer can wait, I'd like the replacement to be shipped. If not, I will have to cancel the order. Thank you,

I received A, but unfortunately one of the legs was broken. I send the picture of that to your Paypal address. I cannot accept this damaged item, so I will return this to you. Can you please refund me once you receive the returned item? When I return this to you, I will inform you the shipping fee, so please bear the shipping fee, too. I will report the situation to my customer tomorrow. If my customer says that he/she can wait, I will buy a new one. If he/she cancels the deal, I will only return the item and will not buy another one.
