Aが到着しましたが、不幸なことに脚が一本折れていました。写真をPayPalアドレスに送ります。これはさすがに引き取ることは出来ないので返送します。到着ししだい返金していただくという流れでよろしいですか？その際、返送にかかる費用をお伝えするので負担をお願いしたいと思います。明日、私のお客様へ状況報告します。お客様が待ってくれる場合には新たに購入します。キャンセルの場合には返送のみとなります。

A has just arrived; however, unfortunately, one of the legs had been broken. Please refer to the photo I'm sending to your PayPal address. I surely cannot accept the item in such a condition; therefore, I'm sending it back to you. I expect you to refund me in full upon receiving the item. Do you agree? I would like the cost of shipping the item back to you to be covered by you. I'll let you know how much that is when I'm ready. I will report the status to my customer tomorrow. If the customer can wait, I'd like the replacement to be shipped. If not, I will have to cancel the order. Thank you,
