Aが到着しましたが、不幸なことに脚が一本折れていました。写真をPayPalアドレスに送ります。これはさすがに引き取ることは出来ないので返送します。到着ししだい返金していただくという流れでよろしいですか？その際、返送にかかる費用をお伝えするので負担をお願いしたいと思います。明日、私のお客様へ状況報告します。お客様が待ってくれる場合には新たに購入します。キャンセルの場合には返送のみとなります。

I will report the situation to my customer tomorrow. If my customer says that he/she can wait, I will buy a new one. If he/she cancels the deal, I will only return the item and will not buy another one.
