私は2011年9月15日にHP上で注文をして(この時点で代金はクレジットカードから引き落とされています)26日には耳形に注文確認のコピーを同封した荷物がそちらに到着しているはずです これはこちらでは確認しています
私が確認したいのは何故今に至るまで発送メールが届かないのかということです

There seems to be miscommunication, so again I explain the situation.
I placed an order on 15 Sep. 2011 on your website ( and this payment had been completed by my credit card at this point), and the parcel which enclosed the order confirmation slip should have arrived on 26th.
I am confirmed that you already received the parcel.
What I want to confirm is that why you have not send me a mail announcing your shippment.

I think we cannot get mutual understanding so I explain current situation again.
I placed order on the HP on Sep15 2011 (then the payment is settled by my credit card) and ear shape with copy of order confirmation should have been arrived there on 26th. I confirmed this.
What I want to confirm is why I have not received shippping notice mail till now.

Let me explain the circumstances again as I do not think we are on the same page.
I submitted the order on your website on September 15th, 2011, and at this point the money had already been charged to my credit card. You should have received by the 26th at the latest a package containing the ear mold and a copy of the order confirmation. I have confirmed through the courier service that you have received the package.
What I would like to understand is why I have not received to date an email confirming the product shipment.
