意思の疎通が出来ていないようなので状況を説明し直します
私は2011年9月15日にHP上で注文をして(この時点で代金はクレジットカードから引き落とされています)26日には耳形に注文確認のコピーを同封した荷物がそちらに到着しているはずです これはこちらでは確認しています
私が確認したいのは何故今に至るまで発送メールが届かないのかということです
Let me explain the circumstances again as I do not think we are on the same page.
I submitted the order on your website on September 15th, 2011, and at this point the money had already been charged to my credit card. You should have received by the 26th at the latest a package containing the ear mold and a copy of the order confirmation. I have confirmed through the courier service that you have received the package.
What I would like to understand is why I have not received to date an email confirming the product shipment.
