書類が不足しており6月22日から荷物がイタリアの税関で止まっています。

I have received an item that I didn’t order.
The other day, I returned the item, but it has been held at the customs office in Italy since the 22nd of June because the document is not enough on customs formality.
FedEx might have contacted you, but you seemed not to answer it. (As shown on page 〇 to 〇 of the attachment.)
Please make contact and submit the necessary document right away to △△.
The holding package is limited until the 30th of June on local time.
If you don’t do any action further, the package will return, so please act on correspondence as soon as possible.

Received a wrong item different from my order.
I returned the item the other day, but it is stuck at the Italian customs since June 22nd due to the insufficient documents.
I believe FedEx has contacted you, but it appears that you have not replied back to them. (See Oth through Oth images in the attached) Please contact them ASAP and submit the required document. Their contact info is △△,
The retention period of the luggage is until June 30th at the local time. If no action will be taken, the item will be returned to me. So please take care of this matter ASAP.
