・DX研修は４月１日に新設されるホールディングスの組織が企画し、運営は弊社が担当する

・現在は経理部門がホールディングス他、各社の予算を調整中である

Understand that you would like to put a contract with us for supporting Y company's training from April but unfortunately we cannot right now because of below reasons
DX training, which will be newly established in 1st April will be planned at Holding company and our company takes care of operation.
Chang san's inquiry is a part of DX training but whether training will be conducted is depending on Holding company's decision.
Currently, Financial Dept is adjusting budget for each company including Holding company.
I will separatly send you invitation for a meeting in 20th Feb.

In response to your request for concluding a contract for your cooperation to Y's training from April, it is not possible for now. The reasons are as follows:
- DX training is planned by the newly established holdings organization, we take charge of its operation.
- What we would like to ask you to do is a part of the DX training, but it is up to the holdings whether or not the training will take place.
- Currently, the accounting department is in the middle of coordinating the budget of the holdings and other companies respectively.
