ホールディングスの人事部長からは”社内ではDXプランナーが不足している”とのコメントをいただきました。
ホールディングスの人事部長は研修を検討しようとしているらしくIBMと打ち合わせをしたようです。

Please find attached the consultation materials (in Japanese) as mentioned in my previous email. Please handle these files with care.
I think the drawback of these files is that the image of DX Human Resources is unclear. I therefore also created a PowerPoint.
We received a comment from the Holdings Human Resources Manager that ‘there is a shortage of DX planners in the company’.
They seem to be considering training and have had a meeting with IBM.
I will tell more during the meeting.
