コロナ禍で会社内のテレワーク導入が進み、部署によっては余剰人材があぶりだされてきました。この人材を、人材不足に陥っている他の部署で活躍できるようにする仕組みを模索しています。(リストラではなく、会社間の異動を通して人材を再活用するイメージです)
このような場合、海外ではリストラの方が多いと思うのですが、韓国ではどのような方法を取っているのか興味があります

The telework adoption within the company due to the corona pandemic is progressing. Depending on the department, surplus human resources was revealed. We are looking to arrange for ways to allow these human resources to be useful in departments that are falling due to lack of human resources. (this is not a restructuring; it is a way to reinstate human resources by moving them within the company).
In cases like this, I think often times it will result in a restructuring overseas, but I'm curious how the Koreans do it.
