DHLは、自社運行の航空機を保有しているため、民間航空機の影響は受けることはない。

DHLは、隣の家の人に預ける、家のドアの前に置いておく、宅配ロッカーで受け取るなどの配達オプションがあります。
これを利用することによって、日本郵便のように荷物が放置されたり、日本へ返送されてしまう心配がない。
ＤＨＬは通関の代行をしていて、通関手続きは１日もあれば終わります。
もし、何らかの理由で遅れた場合には、メール、チャット、電話のサービスがあり、その日のうちに返事がもらえます。ですから、万が一トラブルがあった際も、お客様への連絡はスムーズに行うことができます。

Using one of these, customers are not worried about the unattended package or returning to Japan if you will use the Japan Post.
The DHL also acts as agent for customs clearance of the package and finishes about a day for the clearance.
If any delay happens, they contact the customer using email, chat, telephone for updating the status. For doing this, just in case, there might be troubles, the contact to the customers are smooth.
