焼結したファイバーを金網に挟んでプリーターでプリーツ形状にします。
プリーツの両端を合わせて溶接して筒状にします。
筒の両端を金具に合わせるために潰します。
両端の潰したところを溶接で目止めします。
治具を使い金具とプリーツエレメントを溶接します。
合格品を洗浄して最後に不動態化処理をします。
