又現況この全ての方位から建物が見える状況を考慮し、ファサードは建物外部に現れる雑多な線や生活上必要な窓を隠せ、外皮熱環境（断熱と日射遮蔽）を向上させるダブルスキンとする事にした。
内部構成については敷地外に広がる緑豊かな環境を暮らしの一部として感じ取れる様にするにはどの様にすればよいか？どうすれば屋外でも快適に寛げるか？といった点に重点を置き設計した
そこで設計手法としては極めて単純だが夏の強い陽射しや雨を凌げる大きな屋根をかけ、その軒下を一年を通じ半屋外空間として使える様にした

As the internal structures, we focused on designing how we can feel green outside in a wider area to be a part of a rich environment, and also how we can live comfortably even outside.
For those reasons, we placed a large roof to protect the strong sunlight and rain, we made use of utilising the area of under the roof as a half outside space for the entire year.
