旧大越娯楽場
日本を代表する建築学者 今 和次郎 設計の1926年に建築されました。
繭やたばこの共同出荷場に使用され、出荷がない時期になると村民のための娯楽施設として、
映画や演劇などが上演されていました。
1950年に大越町の所有になり、1975年には武道館となって現在に至る。
建築当時の姿をよく保ち、数少ない今 和次郎の作品として貴重な建築です。

Former Ogoshi Recreation Place
It was built by one of Japan's leading architects called Wajiro Ima in 1926.
It was used for a common shipping site for cocoons and cigarettes, when there was not any shipment, it was used for the village people to enjoy and movies and plays were held.
In 1950, it became to belong to Ogoshi-cho, and in 1975, it became Budokan up to now.
It keeps well the original building, and is precious one of rare works of Wajiro Ima.

Kyuogoegoyrakujo or Old Ogoe Entertainment Place
This building was built by an renowned Japanese architect, Wajiro KON in 1926.
The area was used for the common working place for cocoon and tobaccos, while there is no period for shipping, this building was used for the amusement facility to perform the movies and plays.
That was owned by town of Ogoe in 1950 and became the martial arts stadium in 1975.
The architecture remains well preserved in those times and it is one of valuable his performance of Wajiro KON, which is limited as one of his collections
