Although I had been waiting for the item during whole May, it have not reached me in the end. Even though with its tracking, there is no information after April 14 Pre-shipment. It is a pity to be like this, but I would like you to issue me a refund. In the future, if the item arrives to me, I will let you know and pay for it and so please issue me a refund.

Hi, I have been looking forward to having your item but it wasn't arrived, unfortunately. We have no updates as it is remaining the status on Pre-Shipment on 14th of April even I have tried the tracking. Then, all I have to do is asking full refunding for the matter.
If the item will be delivered someday I will promise to pay the amount., Therefore, please make a refund for the time being, please.
