If it were a new product, it should have been wrapped with vinyl, but it was torn off. Also, small particles had entered the inside of the product.
As I cannot sell this as a new product, I hope to exchange this for a new one.

As we ordered all new items but there might be 1 item which is seemingly used one.
If it is new, it must have wrapped with plastic bag however it was broken and we found there is dust inside.
We urgently need you to change as we cannot sell this to our customer.
