②私達が注文した商品を送ってくれてありがとうございます。
私達は新品を注文しましたが商品の中に１個、中古品と思われる商品が入っていました。
新品であればビニールに包まれているのですが剥がされていて商品の内部には小さなゴミが混入していました。
新品として販売できないので交換を希望しています。

As we ordered all new items but there might be 1 item which is seemingly used one.
If it is new, it must have wrapped with plastic bag however it was broken and we found there is dust inside.
