The packages that were shipped from Russia on March 24 were held back in Russia because of the lack of customs declaration documents.

Package you sent from Russia on 24th March cannot be delivered and stopped at Russia due to declaration form fault.
When I checked EMS tracing website, alert indication came up because they cannot contact the customer.
