患者が今かかっている医師（主治医）以外の医師に求める第２の意見です。
私達の場合は他のクリニックで植毛手術をこれから受けようとしている患者が植毛数の見積や施術方法について貴クリニックからも意見を聞いて、患者がどこでクリニックを受けるか判断するために利用するケースを想定しています。
このサービスの提供をきっかけに正式申込を頂ける可能性が増えると考え、元の契約書の項目をそのまま残していますがいかがでしょうか？

This is the second opinion that the patient seeks from a doctor other than the doctor currently in charge (the attending physician).
In our case, a patient who is about to undergo a hair transplant operation at another clinic would like to hear your opinion about your estimation for the number of transplanted hairs to be done, and how to perform the procedure. This opinion will be used to determine where the patient will receive the treatment.

We assume a case that patients who are going to undertake a hair transplant surgery will be able to decide which clinic they are going take the surgery based on the opinion from your clinic as well.
What do you think about leaving the contract as it is because we think that patients are likely to have more application from patients thanks for this service?
