Unfortunately upon checking what is in stock, we have found there isn’t any xx currently in stock.
We tried everything possible to obtain it, but it just wasn’t possible this time.
This said, OO is in stock.

We tried to supply that, but unfortunately we couldn’t do that.
We can supply you with 〇〇 instead of XX.
It’s also nice stuff.
You can choose whether you want to cancel the order or if you want OO with a refund of some of the amount paid.
