Two damaged pieces of CD that were sent to you
Regarding accident of damage, USA contacted the following to Japan Post.
"As you as receiver have not replied about verification of damage, we cannot search and confirm".
Would you provide the two pieces of CD (Kikuo Kimu 4 dollars 5) that were sent with damage to a person in charge in the States, and submit a required document?
After submitting it, please let us know.
If you do not submit the required document, our shop cannot receive compensation of the accident.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
