言い方を変えると、それだけこのチームへの会社からの期待値が高いということ
市場と比較して、彼らの給与が低いとしても、それは十分に彼らのパフォームを活かせてないマネージャーの責任でもある
その間に、他社に引き抜かれても仕方がない。
つまりきちんと成果が出てから昇給させるべきで、他社に引き抜かれないようなマネジメントをしてもらいたい

Strictly saying, we can not still say that this team obviously gives the additional value to whole company.
Changing the words, that means the expectation by the company to this team is high.
Although their salary would be low compared with the market, it is the manager's burden that s/he can not make enough use of their performance.
We have no choice even though some of them will be headhunted by other companies in the time between.
Namely, we should pay them more money after they produce a result. So, I would like the managers to manage them not to be headhunted by other companies.

I will say harshly, it cannot still be said this team has been giving specifically additional value to the whole company.
In short, the company expects greatly as such.
Compared with the market, even though their salaries are low, it would be responsible for the manager not letting them enough performance.
While doing so, it cannot help other firms draw our staff.
In short, it should raise salary after they have gave good results, and do better management not to be take our staff away by other firms.

I know this might sound a bit harsh but it’s still hard to say this team is contributing additional value to the overall company significantly yet.
In another word, this means that the expectations by the company for this team is high.
Even though their wage is low compared to the market it is the responsibility of the manager who is not fully enhancing their performance as well.
We can’t complain if other competitive companies head hunt them while doing so.
I mean they should get promoted after they made an achievement while doing the management that does not let other companies go for headhunting.
