厳しいことを言うが、このチームが会社全体に顕著に付加価値を与えているとは未だ言えない
言い方を変えると、それだけこのチームへの会社からの期待値が高いということ
市場と比較して、彼らの給与が低いとしても、それは十分に彼らのパフォームを活かせてないマネージャーの責任でもある
その間に、他社に引き抜かれても仕方がない。
つまりきちんと成果が出てから昇給させるべきで、他社に引き抜かれないようなマネジメントをしてもらいたい
I know this might sound a bit harsh but it’s still hard to say this team is contributing additional value to the overall company significantly yet.
In another word, this means that the expectations by the company for this team is high.
Even though their wage is low compared to the market it is the responsibility of the manager who is not fully enhancing their performance as well.
We can’t complain if other competitive companies head hunt them while doing so.
I mean they should get promoted after they made an achievement while doing the management that does not let other companies go for headhunting.
