【同じ商品が２件注文されています。】
こんにちは！
私は４月３０日に以下の注文をしました。
ですが、今確認したところ、同じ注文を２件してしまっているようです。
支払いでエラーがでて、完了しなかったので再度購入したのですが、２件分になってしまっています。
申し訳ないのですが、１件分のキャンセルをしていただけるでしょうか？

I ordered as below on Apr. 30.
However, I checked and found now what I ordered same items double.
I found the error in the payment and I couldn't finish.
That is why I ordered, again. However, it looks the items are ordered double.
I am sorry but could you please cancel one oh them?

The note of duplicated ordering
Hello, I made an order the following item on 30th of April.
However as I checked, I mistakenly made a duplicated order.
There might be error occurred when checking out, and it wasn't processed correctly therefore it resulted two duplicate order at this time.
I am terribly sorry but could you cancel one of those ordering?

Two same items are ordered
Hi!
I ordered below on April 30.
But now I double checked it and I found I accidentally make two same order.
There was an error and I could not complete the payment, so I ordered again, but that made it duplicated order.
Would you please cancel one of the duplicated order?
