The item ordered was hipped by Post on 14 March, but has not been delivered yet, we hear, we are really sorry for it. When checked the shipping situation, it reflects up to being shipped toward to your country from Tokyo International Post on 16 March. Initially, even we ship toward to Canada by registered post, somehow it cannot be reflected. As it will take time for post office's investigation, and give you inconvenience, and so we will issue you a refund. As an apology we will ship tea bag x 6 pieces for free of charge.

We are very sorry that the item you that ordered and was shipped out on a registered mail on March 14th hasn’t been arrived yet. I looked up the shipping situation and it says the item got shipped out on March 16th from Tokyo International Post office to the designated country but it doesn’t reflect any further. Canada is originally a country where the tracking doesn’t get reflected in the case you ship on a registered mail for some reason. I will pay you back as it would take so long if I claim the post office for the investigation and it will cause you more trouble. Today I will send you 6 pcs of the tea bags to show my apology for causing all this inconvenience.

We apologize for it, according to the shipment status, we knew that on March 16th, the goods was shipped from Tokyo International Post Office for destination country, but no further news on the record. From the beginning, in case you ship goods by registered mail to Canada, I don't know why, but it will not be reflected on the shipment status. I am so sorry. As I have checked the current situation for couriers, it only shows the items has been confirmed to depart Tokyo International Post Office on 16th March. For Canada we sometimes are experiencing the delay of updating the delivery information so far. However, for taking such a long time to investigate through the post office, I can well understand your situation for this delay therefore I will refund for you at this time.
