ご注文の商品は、書留便にて3/14発送しておりますが、まだ届いていないとのこと、
大変申し訳ございません。配送状況を調べたところ、3/16東京国際郵便局から到着国に向けて発送したところの情報までしか反映されないのです。もともとカナダ宛ては書留便で発送しても、なぜか反映されない国なのです。郵便局に調査請求しても時間がかかりご迷惑をおかけしますので返金いたします。大変ご迷惑をおかけしたお詫びとして本日、Tea Bag 6pcs を無料で再発送いたします。

The item ordered was hipped by Post on 14 March, but has not been delivered yet, we hear, we are really sorry for it. When checked the shipping situation, it reflects up to being shipped toward to your country from Tokyo International Post on 16 March. Initially, even we ship toward to Canada by registered post, somehow it cannot be reflected. As it will take time for post office's investigation, and give you inconvenience, and so we will issue you a refund. As an apology we will ship tea bag x 6 pieces for free of charge.
