This is the usual flow normally on our side.
The item has been already shipped and it may take about 7days to our customer in not case of delaying due to the custom inspection and others.
Our item was photographed for after checking the packing , any scratch and damage and taken the serial number.
Please be noted we are welcomed to refund after confirming the same serial number, damaged not by user , and no replacing the parts.
