We ship by registered mail so that we can deliver goods to our customers as fast, and safely and reliably, as possible.
(We have heard that cases of theft from the post etc is numerous in America so we make it a point not to send by SAL which does not require signatures.) We were simply thinking about what is good for the customer when we sent by registered mail. I hope you understand.

Please know that we ship an item to our customer by a registered mail for faster and safer means of shipping for sure (as we learned that delivered items tend to get stolen from a mail box, etc. in the States, so we avoid using SAL that does not require a sign upon receipt). However, it would be highly appreciated if you could understand that we purely shipped via registered mail service to serve you better.

We are sorry for inconvenience caused.
We use the registered mail for reliable method of delivery of our item for customers. For customers for US, in order to get rid of stolen items therefore we don't ship via SAL for without necessary for signatures.
I hope you understand we are shipping via registered mail for you due to your convenience.

I am extremely pleased to have been able to quickly deliver to almost all of my customers but there are times when this places an extreme inconvenience to those who are not always at home, like this time. I understand it's not necessarily always a good thing. I will sincerely prevent this in the future and would make it a point to ask the customer about their preferred shipping method. (For a low-priced product like this time, something like SAL might be best. Though SAL may take 2-3 weeks...) If possible, could you change my negative review? Hoping to hear from you.

Most purchasers are pleased with the service, but it can cause a big problem for those who aren't home. We realized this wouldn't work for everyone. We accept this issue seriously and would like to give opinions to choose a shipping method for the purchasers. ( SAL may be an appropriate method for sending inexpensive items like this time, it may take two to three weeks to receive via SAL, though. ) If possible, I would like you to change my negative feedback. In most cases, items get delivered faster to satisfy our customers, but we learned that this is not necessarily a good method for those customers who tend to be out of their house like you may find it a major inconvenience. We will take this seriously and would like to avail the shipping methods for our customers to choose from (If the price of the item is low like this time, SAL maybe good although it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get delivered though...). If possible, would you please consider modifying the negative rating against me? Your response would be appreciated.

Most of customers are enjoying our services but we learned absent customers are not always satisfied with our services. We are working closely with our customers with being able to choose the method of payment by the customer. Could you alter the negative comments to be positive, I am waiting for your contact. It would be good for shipping via SAL for the low priced one. But it takes 2 or 3 weeks to be delivered anyway.
