昨日アメリカのバイヤーからネガティブフィードバックをもらいました。この方にはきちんと対応していました。3/15注文があり、当日3/15発送→3/19配達に伺うも不在のため持戻り(不在票)→郵便局に保管→3/30商品受け取り。おそらく郵便局に商品を受け取りに行った際、待たされたことが理由かと思います。このような理由でネガティブ評価をもらうということは、私としては大変不本意であり、とても残念に思います。昨年11月からセラーとして始めて、全てのバイヤーに対し誠実に対応してきました。

I received a negative feedback form a buyer in the US.
There was no problem in taking care of his order.
I received an order form him on March 15 and shipped the item on the same day.
The item was delivered on March 19, but was returned to the post office due to his absence (left delivery notice) and on March 30, it was picked up by the buyer.
I suppose he gave me a negative feedback because he had to wait for a while at the post office.
I really don't understand why I received a negative feedback for such a reason and am very disappointed.
Since I started selling items last November, I have given sincere responses to all the buyers.

Yesterday, from an American buyer, we had a negative feedback. We coped with the person properly. There was order on 15 March, and today we asked to ship on 15 March to change to on 19 March, as they were absent (absent slip) and kept in the post office and then make it to receive on 30 March. Maybe, when they went to take the item to the post office, it might have been kept waiting that must be its reason. To have such a negative feedback for such a reason, we cannot understand and feel ashamed. From November last year, as a seller, we coped sincerely with all buyers.

I got negative feedback from American buyer yesterday. I took care of his order in a timely manner. I got order on 3/15. I made same day shippig on 3/15. A package was delivered on 3/19 but returned because of absence. ( A delivery notice was left.) Then it was kept in the post office. He got it on 3/30. I think the reason of negative feedback is that he was kept waiting at the post office when he got the package. It’s really disappointing and unwilling result for me to have negative feedback by such reason. I started my career as a seller since last November and have took sincere care of all buyers.

Yesterday I got a negative feedback from buyer. Of course I worked with the person accordingly . I had received an order on 15th of March, shipped on 15th and delivered on 19th of March, but however it seemed to have returned to sender because of absence of receiver. For this reason, I am regret that I was given such negative feedback. I have been working closely with buyer with my sincere since the last November.

その甲斐あって、3/30にはトップレーテッドセラーの要件も満たすことができました。バイヤーに良かれと思って早く届き手渡しで安心の書留便で送ったのですが、、、ほとんどのバイヤーには早く届くと大変喜んで頂いています。アメリカは盗難が多いと聞いているので、SAL便ではなく書留便で送るようにしています。このような場合はもうセラーの責任の範囲外だと思われるので、削除して頂きたく宜しくお願いします。

As a result of it, we could succeed to have a honor of top rated seller on 30 March. Although the buyer shipped it in order to reach the person as early as possible by a registered parcel... Most of buyers are delighted to receive items earlier. As we hear the US has a great number of thefts, I usually sent items not by SAL but registered parcels. In these cases, it seems no more sellers responsibility, please delete it.

Thanks to that, on 30th of March, we are rated one of top rated seller at this time. I sent it via registered courier with our courtesy, most of buyer is pleased because the items will be delivered fast.
As I heard the theft or stolen are often in US, I used registered mail instead of SAL mail. For this situation , it seems to be out of responsibilities , I would like you to delete it, please.

I think other over 100 pieces of good feedback on me shows it.
Thanks to them, I met necessary conditions for the top-rated seller on March 30. I sent the goods by registered mail, which is quick and passed directly so safe, because I thought this way was good for the buyer. Most other buyers are so satisfied with the quick delivery. I hear there are many cases of theft in the US so I always use not SAL but registered mail. I think this case is not covered by my responsibility, so please delete the feedback.
