昨日アメリカのバイヤーからネガティブフィードバックをもらいました。この方にはきちんと対応していました。3/15注文があり、当日3/15発送→3/19配達に伺うも不在のため持戻り(不在票)→郵便局に保管→3/30商品受け取り。おそらく郵便局に商品を受け取りに行った際、待たされたことが理由かと思います。このような理由でネガティブ評価をもらうということは、私としては大変不本意であり、とても残念に思います。昨年11月からセラーとして始めて、全てのバイヤーに対し誠実に対応してきました。

There was no problem in taking care of his order.
I received an order form him on March 15 and shipped the item on the same day.
