Along with your declaration I confirmed your country's website and the item was certainly updated as delivered. On the Japanese website however, it is still showing the item is on its way. I will confirm with japan Post as well.

With referring of customer, we have checked the website in your country, it is recorded as already delivered . But contrarily the website in Japan says it is not still in the middle of delivery, not yet delivered .We will consult to the Japan Post as well.
