お客様の申し出に従い貴国のサイトを確認した所、確かに配達済となっていました。しかし日本のサイト上は配達途中となっています。こちらで日本の郵便局へも問い合わせてみます。
以前お伝えした通り商品発送に問題があった点は認めお詫びします。私は貴殿の希望通りラベルを記載しましたので、通関に時間を要した可能性があります。私はお客様を騙す意図は全くなく、商品を確実に届け満足して頂く為最善を尽くします。Aへ報告は残念ですが、最終的に解決が難しい場合は全額返金も含め検討します。別途画像を送ります

As I checked your country's website according to our customer's request, it was already delivered.
However, it is on the way of delivery on Japanese website. I will ask to Japanese Post Office by myself.
As I informed before, I agreed that shipping items had a problem and I apologize that.
I wrote the label as your request, so it might take some time to pass the customs.
I have no intention to cheat our customer, and will try to do my best to make sure to deliver the items to have the customer feel satisfied with them.
Reporting to A is regrettable, but I will consider to take action including all refund in case that it would be difficult to find the solution finally.
