That's is please pay a part of dutiable tax as I cannot pay whole. The guy said that I will put negative comments just in case. And the guy did that.
But as it wasn't negative message for the certain photos, I wasn't said the photos isn't different with the explanation. This is an excuse for putting negative message for me.
