eBayで販売していて、購入者が返金してほしいとリターンリクエストが来たのですが、PayPalの残高が残ってなくて、PayPalに電話をして金額をチャージしてもらおうと電話したら、PayPal上にリターンリクエストの履歴が残ってないと言われて、キャンセルされたのですが、履歴が残ってないのはどうしてなんでしょうか。

I sell the goods in eBay.
The purchaser request me to refund via return request.
However, there is no balance in PayPal now and call to the PayPal.
It means I asked them to charge.
PayPal said that there was no history of return request in PayPal and they canceled.
Whey was there no history?

I received a return request where a purchaser purchased at eBay and requests refund. But as there was no balance in the account of PayPal, I called PayPal to charge the amount. Then they said that there is no history of return request at PayPal, and it was cancelled. I wonder why there is no history remained?

I run an online store on eBay and a buyer requested for a repayment. As the balance on PayPal is not left and called PayPal for charging the amount, I was told that there was no return request on eBay and it got cancelled. How come the history is not left there?

Selling it via paypal, we have received a refund request from buyer, as the short of remaining value for PayPal. I tried to ask charging the amount on the telephone, it was said that there is no record for history on return request, and resulted cancellation, how could it happen for not recording the history?
