We are guessing that some connection is not in proper condition. Do you have any someone in your neighborhood where you can see the reel? In case you need a repair, we will bear its cost should it be the amount we can handle if you could inform us of the estimated price. Sorry once again to cause you this trouble.

We are terribly sorry to put you any trouble. We have shipped the item ever though we were finishing our inspection, But we are very much regret that situation happened at this time. I think this could happen due to miscontact somewhere in the circuit I suppose .Is there anyone who can see the reel at your side? I will pay for the repairing the expenditure if there might be possibility to ask the repairing at you area. Please don't worry that we are caring with you always.
