We squeezed about 10 Yuzus.
It is premium Kake-Shoyuaw brewed round soy bean shoyu by adding dried tuna, sea weed and mushroom with raw materials (round soy beans, wheat, rice yeast).
You can use it for any dishes.
Raw squeezed syoyu means raw shoyu without precessing and it is syoyu's original taste, flavor and color is remained.
Raw beans are used with round beans, without cooking syoyu squeezed Moromi, and as it is still raw, it is packed in a bottle.
Raw syoyu's specific flavor is characteristic. You can use if for every dishes.
