追跡番号があれば事前に配送会社へ問い合わせができる為安心です。
荷物を差し出した窓口で追跡番号を調べて来てもらうことは可能ですか?
配送に使用したのはチェコの郵便局ですか?それともDHL/FedEx/UPS/TNTなどの別の配送会社ですか?

It is safe if the tracking number has been issued, I can ask to the courier company about the problems.
Can you ask the tracking number to the postal counter where you asked to send ?
Were you using Czech post for shipping?
Otherwise, other couriers such as DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT ?
