引っ越しにより住所が変わってしまった為、最近国際郵便の未着が多くなってしまっています。
追跡番号があれば事前に配送会社へ問い合わせができる為安心です。
荷物を差し出した窓口で追跡番号を調べて来てもらうことは可能ですか？
配送に使用したのはチェコの郵便局ですか？それともDHL/FedEx/UPS/TNTなどの別の配送会社ですか？
私からも未着調査依頼をかけさせてもらうので教えてください。
面倒だと思うけど宜しくお願いします。

As address was changed due to moving, many international mail does not arrive recently.
If tracking number is set, I can inquire the delivery company in advance, which makes me feel happy.
Would a window where I sent the item check the tracking number?
Did you use a post office in Czech to send it? Or did you use DHL, FedEx, UPs and TNY?
I will ask to inspect that the item has not arrived. Please let me know.

Due to the relocation, the ship-to address has changed so there has been many international mails that have not been delivered lately. It is assuring with a tracking number because you can make an inquiry to the delivery company.
Would it be possible to ask you to go to the counter where you handed the parcel to investigate the tracking number?
Was the service used for the delivery of Czech, or other delivery companies such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.?

As mailing address has been changed and it results undelivered issues so often lately.
It is safe if the tracking number has been issued, I can ask to the courier company about the problems.
Can you ask the tracking number to the postal counter where you asked to send ?
Were you using Czech post for shipping?
