お返事がきませんので

以前、オンラインのコースを申し込んだところ、受領のメールが届かなかったので、
エラーだと思いもう一度申し込みました。
結果、２回申し込んでしまったようです。
お手数ですが１回分のご返金をお願いします。

I have been asking several times, but since I have not received any reply I am sending here.
Before I applied on-line course, however I did not receive any e-mail of acceptance and I supposed an error happened, so I applied once more.
As a result it seems I applied two times.
I am sorry to bother you, however I would like to ask yo to refund the fee for one time.

I enquired several times but I will ask you one more time even though I needed your feedback but it couldn't come yet.
Lata time I requested to enter the course on line, I couldn't receive a confirmation letter from you so that it resulted to apply one additional more time for here. Because it seemed to be an error.
In the result of that I requested twice here anyway. Would you please refund against one extra application?
I will attach the email sent last time.

I’ve sent this mail here because I’ve inquired several times but couldn’t have received your reply.

It's to have inquired no degree but because the reply doesn't come, I send to this.
In the past, when course of the online is applied, because the mail of receipt did not reach, that it was error, you thought and applied once more. The result, 2 times it seems that's applied. It's the number of hands, but I request the repayment of 1 batches.
