何度か問い合わせているのですが
お返事がきませんので

以前、オンラインのコースを申し込んだところ、受領のメールが届かなかったので、
エラーだと思いもう一度申し込みました。
結果、２回申し込んでしまったようです。
お手数ですが１回分のご返金をお願いします。

I applied the online course once before, but I didn’t receive a confirmation mail so that I applied again just in case it’s an error.

However, it turned out that I applied 2 times. Could you give me the refund for the fee for the one overlapped?
