It is the highest rank in the heaven and Brahma miniature Buddha placed under with Shitenno with Teisyakuten,

Here is the series of reproduced miniature Buddhist images by the skilled craftsmen. The silicone mold was made by a Japanese model sculptor and the polyurethane resin which is poured in it is heated to be firm. The painter applies the design.

A miniature Buddha statue series recreated by experienced craftsman. A Japanese sculptor makes a mold made of silicon first and then pour polyurethane residue in it and heat it till it’s firm. When it’s dry, a ceramic painter paints it.
