Japan post contacted us and told us that the carrier in America tried to deliver it to your home address but failed. The tracking number hasn’t been updated since 5th January and they are not able to find out where the lense of the camera currently is. Could you please tell them you’re missing the item in the post office in America by yourself if possible? If you do so, they would be working on the issue. And then if they contact us Japan post back, the compensation process will begin.
