日本郵便から連絡があり、アメリカの配達業者はあなたのご自宅へ配達を試みたがアクセスできなかったようです。１月５日から追跡番号の情報の更新がされていないみたいですのでカメラのレンズが現在どこにあるのかが特定できないみたいです。出来ましたらあなたの方からアメリカの郵便局へ紛失した旨をお伝えして頂けないでしょうか。そうすればアメリカ側でしっかりと動いてくれると思います。あなたからアメリカの郵便局に紛失の旨を伝え、それが日本郵便へ連絡が来ましたら補償の手続きが始まります。
Japan post contacted us and told us that the carrier in America tried to deliver it to your home address but failed. The tracking number hasn’t been updated since 5th January and they are not able to find out where the lense of the camera currently is. Could you please tell them you’re missing the item in the post office in America by yourself if possible? If you do so, they would be working on the issue. And then if they contact us Japan post back, the compensation process will begin.
