11月末に商品が揃うと言っていたので、先月には発送されると思っていましたが、まだ連絡がないのでちょっと心配しています。

Is all my ordered item being ready for shipping ?
I am a bit worried that I got no response from you.
You told me that all items would be ready until end of November and I thought these would be sent for me last December at latest.
